Participants can pay via credit card during registration that will be securely processed.

If a participant cannot pay for registration by credit card, checks and wire transfers are accepted. Please select the "Send Invoice" option during the payment step.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing from the registered attendee or credit card holder and must include the attendee’s name and/or transaction number. Written requests should be sent to conference@armaintl.org.

• By August 31, 2026: Cancellations received on or before this date will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee

• September 1 - September 27, 2026: Cancellations received during this period will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee

• After September 27, 2026: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

After the final cancellation deadline, requests may, at ARMA’s sole discretion, be considered for a registration credit toward a future conference. Depending on the nature of the request, supporting documentation may be requested. No cash or credit-card refunds will be processed after this date, and credits are not guaranteed.

Substitutions are encouraged.
Refunds approved prior to the August 31 deadline will be issued via the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
No-shows will not receive a refund or credit toward any future ARMA events.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that ARMA International determines the conference cannot be held as scheduled, whether due to acts of God, government regulation, public health concerns, civil unrest, or any other circumstances beyond ARMA’s reasonable control, ARMA International reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take one or more of the following actions:

• Postpone or reschedule the event to a later date or alternate format (including virtual or hybrid)
• Transfer paid registrations to the rescheduled or repurposed event
• Issue a full or partial refund
• Provide a registration credit toward a future ARMA event

The determination of whether to refund, credit, or transfer registrations will be made at ARMA International’s sole discretion, based on the nature of the circumstances and financial commitments already incurred.

ARMA International is not responsible for reimbursement of travel, lodging, or any other expenses incurred by attendees in connection with the conference or its cancellation, postponement, or repurposing. 

By registering for ARMA InfoCon 2026 you agree to receive conference-related emails, text messages, and other electronic communications from ARMA International. You acknowledge that your contact information will be entered into ARMA InfoCon 2026 event registration system, app, and website.  

By registering for ARMA InfoCon 2026, you acknowledge that ARMA International may share your name with the designated conference hotel in a registration list to audit rooms for the event housing block and flag for inclusion in the group block for on-site room deliveries.  

By registering for ARMA InfoCon 2026, you grant ARMA International explicit permission to include your email address in a list provided to attendees, exhibitors, and business partners participating in the event. If you’d like to opt out, please email Conference@armaintl.org.  

By registering for ARMA InfoCon 2026, you grant full permission to ARMA International to use and distribute any images, videos, and audio of you captured at our event for the purposes of event documentation, media coverage, or future promotion. Photographs and videos may be published on ARMA International’s website, social media accounts, or in other digital and print publications. If you’d like to opt out, please email Conference@armaintl.org.

The dress code for conference is business casual. Consider dressing in layers because the meeting rooms can be chilly.

Please contact ARMA at Conference@armaintl.org with any ADA requests. This request should be submitted as soon as possible, and no later than 3 weeks from the start of the event.
