What Does my Registration Include?
Full Conference Registrants Receive:
- Access to three days of conference education sessions
- Access to Keynote presentations
- Experience Hall entry
- Lunch provided Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Access to the Sunday night Welcome Reception and VRC Welcome Party
- Access to the Experience Hall Pub Crawl on Monday night
- Pre-approval for CRA, CRM, and IGP credits
Accepted Forms of Payment
Participants can pay via credit card during registration that will be securely processed.
If a participant cannot pay for registration by credit card, checks and wire transfers are accepted. Please select the "Send Invoice" option during the payment step.

Cancellation Policy
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests received by August 25, 2025, will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received August 26, 2025, through September 22, 2025, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All refund requests received after September 22, 2025, will not be honored or transferable to future conferences unless you meet the requirements of one of the below stated travel restrictions, event cancellation circumstances or medical emergency clauses. Substitutions are encouraged.
All cancellations must be received in writing, made by the registered attendee and/or credit card holder; and must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Please send all written cancellations to Conference@armaintl.org.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used no later than 30 days after cancellation has been approved.
No-shows will not receive a refund or credit toward future ARMA InfoCon conferences.
Substitution Policy:
Substitution of registration is permitted through October 6, 2025, with written consent. Any substitution must be of the same type (that is, for Member, and Non-Member for Non-Member). The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations. A $100 administrative fee will apply for each substitution.
Travel Restrictions:
If travel restrictions are imposed in the country where the registrant is traveling from, and these restrictions prohibit that registrant’s attendance at this event, you will have the option for a full refund or to put the value of registration towards the 2026 Conference.
Event Cancellation/Postponement/Repurposing:
ARMA International is committed to the safety and well-being of all its members and will take all appropriate precautions to ensure all live events are safe. If ARMA International must cancel an in-person event due to low registration, public health issues and/or government policy, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable, ARMA International will offer registrants a full refund. Should ARMA International postpone the event, your registration will be transferred to the same event at the new, future date, with an option to request a full or partial refund. ARMA International is not responsible for reimbursement of any expenses incurred related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
Medical Emergency:
If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, the cancellation request will be considered after the conference at ARMA’s discretion. Documentation will be required with the cancellation request.
Marketing & Communications Policy
By registering for ARMA InfoCon 2025 you agree to receive conference-related emails, text messages, and other electronic communications from ARMA International. You acknowledge that your contact information will be entered into ARMA InfoCon 2025 event registration system, app, and website.
By registering for ARMA InfoCon 2025, you acknowledge that ARMA International may share your name with the designated conference hotel in a registration list to audit rooms for the event housing block and flag for inclusion in the group block for on-site room deliveries.
By registering for ARMA InfoCon 2025, you grant ARMA International explicit permission to include your email address in a list provided to attendees, exhibitors, and business partners participating in the event. If you’d like to opt out, please email Conference@armaintl.org.
By registering for ARMA InfoCon 2025, you grant full permission to ARMA International to use and distribute any images, videos, and audio of you captured at our event for the purposes of event documentation, media coverage, or future promotion. Photographs and videos may be published on ARMA International’s website, social media accounts, or in other digital and print publications. If you’d like to opt out, please email Conference@armaintl.org.
Disclosure of SMS Consent: By providing your mobile phone number, you are giving consent to receive autodialed calls, pre-recorded & artificial audio, SMS/MMS texts, or other electronic communications from ARMA International at the email and phone number provided, even if the number is on a corporate, state, or national Do Not Call List. This consent is not a requirement for purchasing any goods or services. Messaging Frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

The dress code for conference is business casual. Consider dressing in layers because the meeting rooms can be chilly.

Dietary accommodations submitted during registration have been shared with our catering partners. A variety of inclusive options will be available, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other allergens clearly labeled.
