Call for Proposals

Elevate Your Voice. Elevate Your Career.

The Call for Proposals is now CLOSED.
We appreciate the incredible response and all who submitted proposals. Our review process is in progress, and you can expect to hear from us by the end of May.

Thank you for considering speaking at ARMA InfoCon 2026, taking place October 25-28 at the Savannah Convention Center in Savannah, GA. By submitting a proposal, you’ll have the opportunity to spark innovation, inspire meaningful dialogue, and position yourself as a thought leader in the field. Contribute to a program that empowers professionals and advances the practice of information governance.

We understand that preparing presentations takes a considerable amount of time and energy and we appreciate your efforts to help us create a memorable event. Knowing what to expect will help make the submission process flow smoothly!

To ensure your success, ARMA has the following resources available, designed to help you develop your proposal, understand the selection criteria, and navigate the proposal process successfully!

Our goal is to ensure that our attendees and presenters have quality experiences before, during and after every event. We’ve outlined everything you need to know to craft a strong proposal, from topic guidelines to tips for success. If you have any questions along the way, we’re here to help!  We appreciate your time and effort, and we look forward to reviewing your ideas.

Proposal Submission Deadline: April 10

All ARMA InfoCon 2026 sponsorship packages include a 30-minute session, providing a valuable opportunity to share your expertise and engage directly with attendees.
