Across the Eras: The Journey to InfoCon Welcome Reception

Step into the Vault and celebrate seven decades of InfoCon! Since the very first conference in 1955, ARMA has brought professionals together to advance records and information management, and this year, we’re honoring that journey Across the Eras.

Come dressed to represent your favorite decade; from the rock ’n’ roll spirit of the 1950s to the bold looks of the ’80s, the digital boom of the 2000s, or even a vision of the future! The Vault will be alive with energy, where eras collide, stories are shared, and new connections are forged.

This reception is the perfect kickoff: a chance to honor our history, enjoy the present, and step boldly into the future of the profession. Don’t miss it - doors to the Vault open soon!


Across the Eras: VRC Welcome Party at The Duce

The celebration continues at The Duce as we take the Across the Eras theme beyond the reception and into a full-blown party! Inspired by ARMA’s Vault and its legacy of advancing information governance through the decades, this is your chance to show off your favorite ARMA “Era” or decade -  from the 1950s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s, to the 2000s -  or dare to leap forward into the Future!

Whether you arrive in disco glam, neon brights, grunge flannel, or futuristic metallics, the Welcome Party promises to be a vibrant time capsule of ARMA’s journey and the people who make it possible.

The Experience at The Duce
Just a short walk from the Phoenix Convention Center, The Duce offers a one-of-a-kind vintage-meets-modern backdrop for this unforgettable evening.

What to Expect:

  • Live music that takes you on a tour through the eras
  • Era-inspired cocktails crafted to match your look and mood
  • Food favorites from The Duce’s legendary airstream kitchen
  • Photo moments and surprises that capture the spirit of each decade

Shuttles will run from the convention center for those who prefer not to walk.
