Peer Exchange Roundtables bring InfoCon attendees together for practical, participant-led conversations throughout the conference. Begin by connecting with peers in your industry, help shape the challenges explored later in the week and leave with ideas and relationships you can take beyond InfoCon.

Sunday: Industry Connections
Sunday, October 25 | 2:30–3:30pm and 3:45–4:45pm

Start InfoCon with professionals who understand your industry and its challenges. Choose the roundtable that best reflects your organization, compare priorities and share a question you would like to explore further.

Industry groupings will reflect the industries represented by registered participants, using the industry information provided during registration. The final roundtable schedule will be announced before InfoCon.

The ideas gathered on Sunday will help shape Tuesday’s conversations.


Tuesday: Challenge Conversations
Tuesday, October 27 | 5:15-6:00pm

Choose a conversation based on the challenge most relevant to your work. Attendee input will help ARMA organize participant-led tables around shared questions, giving you the opportunity to exchange practical ideas with peers from across industries.

Conversation topics will be announced during InfoCon.


Wednesday: Next Steps
Wednesday, October 28 | 11:00-11:30am

Turn conversation into action. Identify one practical next step, get feedback from peers and strengthen the connections you can continue after InfoCon. 

How to Participate

Peer Exchange Roundtables are included with Full Conference registration. No additional registration, presentation or advance preparation is required.

The InfoCon app will provide schedules, topics and reminders, but it is not required to participate. Everything you need will also be available onsite.
